DRAGON FRUIT

Dragon Fruit has a dramatic appearance, with bright pink and yellow skinned varieties and prominent scales. The fruit is oval, elliptical or pear-shaped. The flesh has a subtly flavoured sweet taste or sometimes slightly sourish taste.
